Dementia Services
The Dementia Café is available on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm located in St Paul’s Church, Long Catlis Road, Parkwood. Health and social professionals are in attendance to signpost as appropriate.

Continence
Supports adults over the age of 19 with bladder or bowel dysfunction. You can self refer by calling 0300 123 3444. A range on information sheets is available at Bladder and bowel service – Medway Community Healthcare.
Child Health Service
This includes health visiting, school nurses, children’s community nurses, ADHD service, podiatry, occupational therapy and dietetics.

Blood Test Service
Appointments can be made online at Medway Community Healthcare or by ringing 0300 123 3444 (option 1) or you can attend the walk-in service provided at Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital, weekdays 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Travel Advice & Vaccinations

This should be submitted at least 6 weeks before travel. Once this has been received, one of the practice nurses will contact you (usually by email) with advice.
If the travel risk assessment form is submitted with less than 3 weeks notice, we cannot guarantee an appointment for your travel vaccinations.
NHS Health Checks
We offer NHS Health Checks to all patients aged 40 to 74 to help identify early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, or dementia. This check is designed to assess your overall health and guide you on reducing risks.
