For young people age 18-25 who may be involved in self-harming behaviour or struggling with their wellbeing can access support via Kent Mind & Body.
Drug and Alcohol Support in Kent | WithYou
A mental health and wellbeing online platform is now also available for young people aged 11 to 25 in Medway. The service is free and can be accessed at www.kooth.com. It’s a place to get advice, information and support 24/7 as well as being able to chat to a friendly qualified counsellor Monday to Friday between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Young people aged 16-19 can also access digital support from Togetherall.

Available to anyone over the age of 18 experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties or phobias.

Smoking Cessation
Medway Stop Smoking Service is a free service offering 1-2-1 support with specialised smoking cessation advisers.
A drop-in service is provided at the Medway Stop Smoking Service.
